Senior Associate Commissioner & Chief of Staff Horizon League Conference		FAR & Associate Professor of Management Tiffin University
Alfreeda Goff serves the Horizon League Conference as its Director of Championships, Senior Woman Administrator, League Governance Liaison, and Chief of Staff. She created the WLS in 2001 as a professional development seminar for SWAs in the conference. Goff was honored as the Black Coaches Association's Administrator of the Year in 2005 while also completing a term as president elect for NACWAA. Goff has previously served as Director of Athletics at Virginia State University and as a coach/administrator at the University of Pittsburgh and Virginia Commonwealth University. Goff represented the Horizon League on the NCAA Division I Management Council from 1999-2004. She has also served as the 2006 Women's Basketball Final Four co-tournament manager and served on a number of national committees. She continues to work with the NCAA Women's Final Four and other national championships.  Goff is a highly requested speaker on a variety of topics related athletic administration, diversity, leadership, and decision-making. She currently serves on the executive board of the Greater Indianapolis YMCA. Goff has one son, Anton; a daughter-in-law, Wendy; and granddaughters, Alexa and Gianna. Anton is an Assistant Athletic Director at the University of Maryland.		Dr. Bonnie Tiell serves as the NCAA Faculty Athletic Representative and Chair of the MBA program for Tiffin University in Ohio. She coordinates the Olympic Academic Experience [2004 Athens Greece; 2008 Beijing, China; 2012 London, England] and recently presented research at the Olympic Museum near the IOC headquarters in Lausanne, Switzerland.  Dr. Tiell is the 2008 recipient of the Region 4 Excellence in Teaching Award for the Association of Collegiate Business Schools and Programs.  Prior to a full-time faculty position, Tiell served as the SWA and Assistant Athletic Director at Tiffin University.  She is a member of the TU Hall of Fame and has coached volleyball, softball (1993 national qualifier), tennis (2006 national qualifier), track, and basketball for Tiffin University [OH], Alfred University [NY], and Peace College [NC]. She collaborates and consults with the NCAA in the area of gender equity and leadership. Tiell has numerous international publications and presentatons focusing on the senior woman administrator, life - work balance, and leadership. She resides with her husband (Greg) and daughters (Kimmy - 16, and Kate - 12) in Tiffin, Ohio.
